30-Day Return & Replacement Policy
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as expected, you are eligible for support within 30 days of delivery.
During this period, we will either:
• Send you a free replacement, or
• Issue a full refund
This applies only to issues related to product condition or performance upon arrival.
2-Year Warranty (Replacement Only)
Every BURNR™ device is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
If your product becomes damaged or stops working during this period, we will provide a free replacement unit.
Please note:
• This warranty includes replacement only
• Refunds are not offered after the initial 30-day period
Eligibility Requirements
To process a replacement or refund, we may require:
• Proof of purchase
• Photo or video showing the issue
